[ tempest upgrade]
tempest has been upgraded to a 3.06GHz xeon rackmount server. Between that and my 1.5mbps upload speed, tempest should now be ridiculously fast.
Naturally things will be broken occasionally where I overlooked configuration changes. Please let me know if you find anything that doesn't work.
There should be pictures of the rack coming soon.
